Please note that returned equipment will only be replaced when a OneConnect technician has tested and validated a hardware issue.
Replacement sets are fulfilled approximately 30 days from receipt, dependent upon stock amounts at the Avaya Repair Depot. Avaya warranty for repair/replacement is one year from date of purchase. For sets received DOA (Defective on Arrival) please contact your Account Representative for replacement.
